Your choices: Internet-based, On-line Defensive Driving program or a traditional Classroom class ...

Second, you must choose the type of defensive driving class you wish to complete; An internet-based program you complete using your personal computer or smart phone, or, a traditional classroom defensive driving class lead by an instructor. The difference between the two is as follows:

The internet-based on-line defensive driving program takes a minimum of 4 hours to complete, can be completed at your convenience, any time of day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and from your home, office, or any location of your choosing. Often times, games and crossword puzzles and other user interaction methods are used in these programs to engage your mind and provoke thought in the subject matter. Taking notes while working through the reading is highly recommended to successfully complete the online program. Any questions you might have related to the online Arizona Defensive Driving program are handled through e-mail (Support@CenPhoTrafficSchool.com), or by phone. The choice is yours. We typically respond to e-mails and phone calls the same day, but always within 24 hours.

If you are looking for an internet-based Arizona defensive driving program, our program offers a simple, easy to use online program that is compatible with your smart phone, tablet, laptop or personal computer, with no games to play, no puzzles to work, and no software to install, click "Here"  to register and get started now!!

The traditional classroom defensive driving program takes a minimum of 4 hours to complete and is typically held in an event or conferencing center in a hotel or venue near you. These classes are lead by Arizona Supreme Court certified defensive driving instructors, where any questions you have are answered by the instructor during class time or at the conclusion of the class session. Traditional classroom defensive driving programs do not have a final examination; You simply attend the 4 to 4-1/2 hour class and you have satisfied the requirements of the Arizona defensive driving program.

We offer convenient traditional classroom defensive driving classes serving residents of Phoenix and surrounding areas.

The Cost to Attend an Arizona Defensive Driving Program ...

Instead of paying the fine to the court and accepting the associated "points" against your driving record, when you choose to take the Arizona Defensive Driving diversion program, you pay a fee to the school, and upon course completion the ticket/complaint is dismissed as if it never happened, and "points" are NOT assessed against your driving record.

The fee for the Arizona Defensive Driving diversion program is made up of four components, that when added together give you your total fee. The State Court Fee is $24, The State Surcharge Fee is $45. These two fees go to the Arizona Supreme Court. Our school fee is $41, and the remainder of the fee is for the jurisdictional court (the court you are ordered to appear in). Jurisdictional court fees vary from court to court. To determine your total fees, please use the pricing schedules provided here:

The Arizona defensive driving program fees are collected when you attend class. You must bring certified funds (money order or cashier's check) the day you attend class. Once you begin the defensive driving diversion program, the fees, with few exceptions, become non-refundable.

What you will need to register for an Internet-based online Defensive Driving program ...

In addition to paying your fees, you are required to submit legible copies of your driver license (or other government-issued photo identification) and your complaint/ticket issued by the law enforcement officer (in person) or, in the case of photo enforcement, the complaint/ticket you received in the mail from the court.

Take "close-up, readable" photos with your smart phone or "scan" them with your all-in-one printer. We are able to accept files in JPG and PDF formats only.

We will review your license and ticket during business hours and reply by email during business hours.
